this is snow fort weather.

It’s comin’ down hard today! Not too cold, but the flakes of snow are absolutely gigantic!

In TV and the movies, studios use fake snow– big, big drops of foam or plastic, I would assume. When you look out the window today, it looks a lot like that.

My cousin Sam just got a cell phone. I called him today to say “hi”, and when I told him that it is snowing like mad up here, he said,

“So, if I was out there, would it come up to my knees, or like… my waist?”

“Probably somewhere in between the two,” I replied.

“Well that’s good. Because when it starts getting up there, you can have a lot of fun making huge forts.”

I totally agree. If Sam were up here, I’m sure we’d be making the king of all snow forts.
